TIPS & EXAMPLES: This is not an opportunity to discuss the impact of your program. In this question we  want to understand what your programming looks like.

Please address the following:
- Delivery of programming:
--What services does the program include? Eg. mentorship, 1:1 counselling, providing free goods or services, drop-in centre Etc.
--Does programming take place virtually or in-person?
--If the program includes education, what, specifically, are they learning?
- Length/duration of programming
- What is the reach of your program? Ie. How many participants do you have per year? How many program locations do you have? What geographic region do you serve?
- Any partner organizations helping to deliver the program
- Wrap-around supports offered

Example response: Participants attend weekly 2 hour workshops for 6 weeks.  In these workshops they will learn [example] skills such as [example], [example], and [example]. TIPS & EXAMPLES: Where possible, include quantitative objective results, such as participant surveys or research data. We realize that not all organizations have access to surveys and data, however please avoid overly vague anecdotal evidence such as "Participants left feeling empowered."

In this question you may want to address the following:

- How has the participant’s life changed during and after the program compared to before?
  - What % of participants complete the program?
  - What are your success metrics? What goals do you set for participants at the start of the program, and what percentage of participants achieve these goals? For example, if your program helps single mothers become more financially independent, your success metrics might include the percentage of participants who secure stable employment, or the number who complete a course in personal finance.
  - What do participants typically do after completing the program?
  - Do participants leave the program with new skills, tools, or resources that they can use afterward? If so, what are they?
  - Does the program help participants save time or money? If so, how much?

Example response:
Participants typically enter the program with little to no skills in [example area] and leave with a certification in [example] and the skills necessary to gain entry level employment in their field, such as [example job], or [example job]. In an average cohort, 75% of participants gain employment within their field within 1 year of completing the program, and 5% go on to pursue further study in their field. Many participants have expressed that they found the subject matter helpful in their journey to financial independence. Our program has a 90% completion rate, despite participants having many instabilities in their every-day life. Many participants keep in touch with our staff after completing the program and several have come back to volunteer as mentors for new cohorts.
